For travel companies, the ability to get repeat bookings and to get existing customers to recommend their friends is enormously appealing.   Repeat customers not only cost less to acquire but also tend to spend more.   However, for many travel agents, they do not have control of the products they sell.  Good hotels go bad, service is not all that it could be, and its often the reputation of the travel agent that is on the line.   
Often travel companies already have the data available to spot these problems before they get out of hand but they don't have the manpower or the data access to be able to act on them, to put problems right quickly and to turn customers who have had issues into loyal fans.   
These proposition aims to address this issue with a hosted service.
