Preserve/grow ARR for technology as a service providers

For all Technology as a service (TaaS) companies across the globe, preservation of their revenue is as important as growth of their revenue. My idea will provide a solution for that. This idea is targeted at any company that is selling a subscription based TaaS where they need to maintain a relationship with their customers and take steps to reduce their churn. If you've ever taken a college marketing class you know that it is much cheaper to keep a customer than to acquire a customer, this solution will provide concrete ways of gaining a deeper understanding of your customer and to tailor strategies on how to increase their satisfaction with your product and wanting to buy more of what you sell.
