Predicting school shootings? Not impossible.

Recently, there have been  an increase of shootings in public schools in the U.S. I believe I have found a way of actually predicting when and where these shootings will occur. It is not foolproof by any means, but has some merit to it. It will be a website which relies on users reporting a kind of information. This information will be used to build statistical models. The nature of this information is confidential, and relies on an obscure phenomenon.

I need someone with good mathematics skills in the field of statistics. Should be nearby, ideally in Santa Clara or San Jose, as I need a video of the team for additional funding and publicity online through crowdfunding. This person must know how to build statistical models based on user data and must also be able to understand how models interrelate with each other.
