Monster.com meets Match.com

Looking for: Marketer
Why don't job search engines match employees and employers like dating websites match potential mates?  We've all been through the intimidating interview process, where a team of people interview one candidate at a time?  Or you string through 4-6 people, even after you've been vetted by a team of recruiters.  Why? Because a good culture where you work is viewed as critical to the companies success.  And it is.  A hostile work environment hurts not only the people, but their productivity.   Monster, HotJobs, Dice, Linkedin to name a few, are missing out on a great opportunity to really provide value-added benefit to their product.  Linked-in provides more of a social network than anything which is valuable, but still lacks the personality profile.

I'm building the website now, I've begun closed alpha level testing, planning a wider beta test in mid-July followed by an open beta.  Having a Marketing co-founder to build the brand and bring paying customers to the site is crucial.   Development, Hosting, testing is all taken care of, marketing is critical.
