I have worked 7 years in IT project management and seen a lot of valid business cases. So I have some sort of intuitive understanding of IT solutions could be made to solve customer needs. I normally do 1 up to 4 business product validations per month going forward with one product into MVP state within the next month.
Unfortunately I am not used to marketing hacks and look for a partner who can do all the marketing. So every month:
- We speak about next MVP product
- I product the MVP discussed
- You market the MVP of last month
- We close all product which are not successful after 3 months
