"Global Salvation" provides a mechanism for families to channel donations of goods to communities and families in need outside of the United States. The startup will rely upon seed money from private organizations and donors and donations from freight services, then will eventually publish a magazine/newszine or paid online blog with information about donee families and projects.
"Global Salvation" will provide the scale necessary for religious communities, charitable organizations, and private individuals to have a visible and recognized impact in a community outside the United States, whether in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, or South America. The charity will focus less on disaster response and more on fostering sustainable, liveable communities.
In short, "Global Salvation" will be a way to globalize charitable concepts, like the Salvation Army and Goodwill, that have a strong presence in the United States.
