Dream Team

Looking for: Advisor, Biz developer, Designer, Developer, Engineer, Marketer, Product manager, Sales person, Other
Calling out to all people big and small, well rounded or otherwise! My name is Gerald Kelly and I have a dream. A dream that one day, I can pull together a group of supportive, motivated individuals to build projects and a company together, and take the world by storm. I dream that one day I can find individuals motivated not by money, but by accomplishments and the satisfactory feeling of building something greater than themselves, and changing peoples lives because of it.

Let's cut to the chase. I am the CEO/Founder of DreamsLinked, a project I created to bring the Silcon Valley experience to the web, and create a phenomenon that will affect the world. DreamsLinked is a company that builds technology to unite people all over the world, and teach them the true meaning of entrepreneurship, the rewards of networking, and what it means to be a part of a supportive community that goads individuals to pursue their dreams.

Why Silicon Valley? For us, we looked at Silicon Valley as the place where dreams come true. We believed that in Silicon Valley, even if you feel like your idea is smaller than a grain of salt, people will take you seriously. We decided to build a website where people can share ideas, and collaborate with others to make them a part of reality. Our website focuses on all the people who tried to get their idea out there, but were held back because they weren't "qualified" enough to do so.

I created this company for the very same reason I am writing this today: no one is willing to support this idea, and those who do, are unable to help build and push the idea forward, but they will join the community I seek to build, and are waiting for me to build it.

So what I seek is to put together the Dream Team. What is the Dream Team? It is a team of awesome people who want to build awesome products/technology together. Chemistry is everything, so I am seeking out fun and down to Earth people who will stand for a cause! Most importantly, they have to believe that anyone, and everyone, not just those with harvard degrees, or VC's, should be allowed to dream and pursue their ideas. Also, they have to be motivated by accomplishments, not finances (this is entrepreneurship, not a global conglomerate). I am looking for more than just skilled individuals, I am searching for people to share this experience with, good and bad, to become great friends with down the road as well! Since this is a startup, all funds I have/had were poured into this project, so I cannot pay any of you awesome people willing to join the cause. The key thing we offer (for now) is equity share, future payment/employment, a seat with the executives, and an awesome time! Of course, if you're that awesome individual who just desires to support what he/she believes in, that's amazing! (I'll just slip a check under your door in the near future :3) All I can do is show you a great time, bring you into an awesome team of dreamers, and give you a great project to build and experience!

If this all sounds too good to be true, contact me (provide e-mail please this account is free) and let's talk. I am looking for more than just skilled people, I am also seeking indivduals to share this experience with, and become good friends down the road as well.

Just a warning: Projects include, but are not limited too:

DreamsLnked App -  an information/educational app that teaches communities about entrepreneurship and helps people discover their hidden talent.
