I am seeking Co-Founders to come onboard with this Cloud Delivery Consultancy to drive both it’s client engagements and product catalogue.
At the moment we are tech heavy, in the process of building out a demo pipeline to showcase to prospective clients. The value of this demo system will be to streamline compliance, to show end to end monitoring and trending using both tangible and intangible KPI's.
One of our cloud pathways is XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service), this is currently offering the highest ROI's in terms of aaS (as-a-Service) systems. We have ideas on how to grow this model so as to entice client engagements.
Skills we are seeking - business acumen in terms of winning new clients, or analysing client propositions to develop business cases to secure project investment, and or to validate concepts in terms of business viability.
A second skill set that we are seeking is technical acumen - the ability to not only build end to end cloud solutions in an agnostic approach, but to challenge the standards used to build them to seek more efficiencies, key focus in terms of latency, where gain can be achieved and to understand at what cost.
