A kit comprised of a dynamo, storage unit (power cells) and a simple distribution unit to collect energy from the existing (kinetic) motions found in today's poorest communities and converting it into a source of clean and renewable energy.
In poor communities, there is a lack of electricity. However, in these very same communities, many 'things' with moving parts exist. Things like tuk tuks, bicycles, and cars. Things that can have a dynamo attached to them, accumulating and storing the electrical energy produced into a storage cell (battery). The user can then detach the battery and power light, heat and devices such as radios and phone chargers. Commercially, it would need to be affordable to the least wealthy and very simple to secure, install and use. And as devices like LED lightbulbs get more efficient with less power, these kits which provides a way of amass and convert existing energy can look to power more and more useful devices in the future.
