I have founded two companies - one with a IT platform that can replicate real life professional reputation of physicians online, the other that is an accountability mechanism to encourage employees and employers to keep the promises to each other.

This person should have significant experience in HR industry preferably with connections with C-suite level executives in major IT companies in India. Those with previous experience in start-up domain with ability to raise funds in addition business development will be preferred. Our platform Verimployee is an extremely innovative and disruptive platform that will reduce recruitment costs, improve employee behavior and provide competitive advantage to the companies who use it. I am a physician who has had reasonably successful career in healthcare in the US. I did an MBA 5 years ago and have since spent considerable effort in understanding business strategy, game-theory, microeconomics and societal trust mechanisms.
