I have lots of nonprofit experience so I'm used to bootstrapping and long hours. I enjoy talking to people, hearing their stories, and connecting them with opportunities. I have done a lot of strategy work before as well as built non-profit infrastructures including choosing tech structure, hiring effectively (and firing if needed), implemented efficient performance reviews, and personnel policies and procedures. Additionally, I have established cross-departmental and strategic partnerships allowing both entities to benefit from working together.
I am working on a site that connects people and builds community. I am looking for someone who can be a partner, help expand and develop the technical components of this endeavor and is willing to throw themselves into an awesome new community building project.
I have redesigned numerous sites to help nonprofits accomplish their missions more effectively and I established, founded, and designed the site for the University of Michigan Association of Jewish Alumni.
