I repersent a 4 year old mobile app development company with a team size of 35 developers based out of outsourcing heaven, India. I am looking for people with technical business development background to partner with us. We are ready to invest in training our prospective partner to launch the business in there respective geography. If you are interested in such an oppurtunity then please do get in touch for more details.
Companies spend well over 2 billion dollars a year on their loyalty and rewards programs. In a recent article it was noted that over $16 billion of customer's rewards go unspent. Companies spent time in development, customer service, and engagement of their customer base requiring an immense amount of resources to run these programs. Smaller businesses have few options available to them and cannot devote the resources to develop their own loyalty and rewards systems. These systems are rapidly evolving as companies are well aware of their benefits in today's markets.
The idea is to create a series of softwares that eventually automate or/and replace most of work middle level managers do in a company.
The work lower level management employees generally do is pretty typical and regular and that is also true for most of the middle level manager’s work. While most companies try to replace/automate working in most of the departments, little has been done to achieve that in management. Being someone who is self-taught, I know this can really be done.
This is the reason I founded GoGo Software. In a nutshell, GoGo Software customizes business applications, live, online with a unique, no sales reps, no software license, approach. We use the Joget Workflow platform to customize any company's CRM, Help Desk, Contract Management and other business applications for as low as $800. We offer unlimited users and applications as a monthly utility, starting at $150/month.
This way I am looking to receive an initial QUOTE what the development of a prototype (I'm open to processes like RAD etc.)would mean time and money wise to get hands on a prototype showable to potential investors and to win a technical co founder.
The whole business idea is about creating an easy to use, user centric sales and service tool of a new generation, along with an internal business model of ethical outsourcing services benefitting client and employees (to me, this is part is quite the thing that started the whole thinking about a year ago!). So 3 pillars are planned: software sales, outsourcing service based on this solution and something I call "ethical carreer pathing" for vendor staff that could be developed into permanent jobs within the client companies.
On a extremely high level, I am looking for a Message Bus driven mix of Chat, Audio (Voip and pot. bridging from/ to POTS), and Video interaction, secured and running in modern browser on top (or underneath) existing web sites (think Mikogo meets LivePerson meets the ads sometimes utilizing the unused space around websites with fixed layout). Needs to be responsive, as in mobile ready.
In the backend, this commercial software should be pretty open for 3rd party development (via a marketplace maybe some time in the future?) via extensive API sets and SDK available to developers.
It should enable social media and clients's forums/ service desk monitoring to be available for one stop-sales & service interaction with a clients customer/ prospect base.
Along with these ideas, I have a myriad of possible features in mind, so please bare in mind: It should in the beginning be fine to have the API's for many of these things implemented, rather than having it fully working. I rely a little bit on your experience what could be put together via eg RAD to show off, but keeping the doors open for the additional features and development.
I believe main topics would be: Message Bus (publish/subscribe/provisioning capabilities), raw implementation of Audio/ Video technology & chat feature, raw backend development (I am no UI designer, I have some user centric "Prosumer" look and feel in mind), API "Engine" (no clue if this is the right description, I really mean having these capabilities in place/ prepared), most of the rest could be mocked up in the beginning I think?
I am open to base the solution on existing eg Open Source initiatives, as long as it means really combining these, not 'patching' into each other. Scalability, Flexibility and Extensibility will be key.
I would be absolutely delighted to receive some "Quotes for a quote" if you can identify with this kind of project, and be delighted to hear from you!
Kind Regards from Germany,

The german startup deploy.do lets developers automate deployments for web projects with full transparency and minimum downtime to unlimited amount of servers.
All companies running web projects have to deploy their project at some point in time to run it on a certain amount of servers in either staging or live environments. There are three main approaches for actually operating your project:
1. Using Platform as a Service (e.g. Heroku, Amazon Elastic Beanstalk): Here you simply provide access to your code repository and then the platform provider does the rest for you (setting up/operating/scaling servers, bringing/deploying your code to these servers, etc.). In short: The whole server and code deployment management is done for you. Understandably this comes at a higher price than Infrastructure as a Service.
2. Using Infrastructure as a Service (e.g. Amazon EC2, Rackspace, Windows Azure): Here you are actually responsible for setting up and maintaining your servers yourself, even though you are not running your servers physically. Instead for most of the services you simply get access to a server running as a virtual machine. Though setting up new servers is pretty easy and you do not have to care for hardware at all. This approach gives you more flexibility but also implies more effort on your side.
3. Running your own physical servers
Assuming you need to care for the deployment process yourself (which is the case when you build on Infrastructure as a Service or run your own physical servers), deploydo could be your perfect fit.
Until now developers had to write their own scripts or use open source tools like Capistrano, most of these working on command line level. Usually the initial setup and maintenance is very time consuming.
deploy.do is about to solve that with a web-based service that aims to take the complexity out of the deployment process and make it faster, less expensive, and more efficient by automating deployments for web projects.
“From our experience of launching web projects setting up custom deployment processes always took a lot of time and money. With deploydo, we are taking the pain out of the deployment process by normalizing it so that developers and web site owners can focus on their core business, rather than the technical issues of getting it up and running”, says deploydo co-founder Frederik Peiniger.
How does deploydo make it easier?
1. Full transparency: The web-based interface brings full transparency into the process by showing exactly what it does in every step. Before actually changing and updating code on the servers, deploydo will show the exact changes that are about to happen and that even in a line-by-line comparison, reducing the risk to push out unwanted code and bugs.
2. Unlimited servers: deploydo can take the code from git repositories and deploy it to a nearly unlimited number of servers in parallel.
3. Minimum downtime: deploydo is optimized to have only the minimum possible downtime. This is achieved by using multiple release folders on the target machines and switching over to the newest release right after the process is finished.
Potential users are startups, agencies, web developers and system administrators. The service is currently in public beta and anyone can sign up for free. You might wanne give it a try.
TuneClout is a user/engagement play with an easy path to monetization with a projected revenue of 500m by the end of FY5. Our product is focused around a viral loop we call our “Buy-Share” model. It is an ultra sharable version of music that asks the listener to buy or share a song with 5 friends after the 5th play. There is a high-level industry significance that I would be happy to speak to you about.
While artists are utilizing this new utility for growth and monetization, they are also broadcasting TuneClout Media in the process. Since artists are organizations with thousands of followers, we estimate a mere 150 artists will be enough to broadcast us to millions in less than 30 days. We currently have over 100 artists including 5 record labels registered for Beta. Overall there are over 2m artists in N. America, this number grows annually.
Value proposition to the artist – We make their music go viral
Value proposition to the listener- Get free music by sharing with friends
Both propositions have been validated with users.
We have 3 provisional patents. 2 founders, Standford EE with experience in music management for Atlantic and Interscope Records. My history is in my profile by my experience is in B2B/B2C marketing.
Our MVP is 65-75% complete. Written in ROR.
I'm looking for a sweat-equity partner to manage day-to-day business development. Most of your days will be spent recruiting and managing sales staff, and leading strategic partnerships with software vendors who sell complementary products. We have an overseas call centre that can provide lead development at roughly $1.50/hour, so considering the initial funding there will be plenty of leads from small and medium businesses. I have also already recruited a team that will be performing SEO and AdWords campaigns, and will personally oversee website development. I will also oversee operations management so that you can focus solely on new business development.
You will receive 10-20% equity in the company in exchange for managing business development, in addition to commissions from each sale. We can also discuss a modest salary during the first 4 months if needed. You will initially receive 10% equity and that equity will grow on a sliding scale in proportion to the amount of cumulative revenues that are generated.
We already have a software development company that is ready to create the software and the software itself should not cost more than $10,000 to develop once I've negotiated with potential and reputable software developers. Since roughly $50,000 in initial funding is available, there should be roughly $40,000 to spend on initial lead generation campaigns once the software is developed. Software development will likely take 60 days. At this point, we're looking for a talented Head Business Development officer with a Degree or Diploma in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and experience in software business development or sales experience in general. Once this person is found, we will proceed.
I'm very well-connected to wealthy investors and other funding sources. To give you an idea, a recent investor's next meeting was for a multi-million dollar deal. We can also make use of some of the existing code written for my other company when additional features add value to the software.
