I have spent 12 years consulting to retirement plans for large corporations. The government requires education but no one follows through with it, they are starting to crack down. Over the next 5 years this topic will be on the minds of every employer in America with a 401(k) plan. Currently the industry operates in antiquated system of live one-on-one meetings. Our goal is to make education fun and engaging while providing employers invaluable statistics that can help them reduce cost and increase successful retirement outcomes. Ultimately, by providing personalized education that arms an individual with powerful tools we hope to mitigate the failure rate of our retirement crisis.
Clearly, I have an entire soup to nuts business plan, with 100's of high profile contact. I'm in the process of finishing some prototype development. I'm looking for an enthusiastic rock star engineer/developer.
The big picture is people come to our site, submit their budget, they can choose the best vendor that already have had signed up to our site. people choose their desired event organizer, place for rent, catering, souvenir, documentation, etc in a wizard (one by one step) then they came up with estimated budget in the end. Estimated budget can be more or less than their budget. If they agree, they can book all the vendor that has been choosen before.
Business side is from member fee (yearly fee), vendor sign up (monthly fee) and of course advertisment.
