I am looking
to join someone who has a good idea for a startup
I am good at
I'm good at defining the requirements for software based on customer discovery / development (I'm a big fan of the lean startup methodology). I'm good at designing user interfaces, and collaborating with graphic designers. I'm good at writing and launching web software products (I know several programming languages and web stacks and love coding). I'm good at managing teams of developers, and have managed agile teams in both Scrum and Kanban. I also have good past experience with marketing, and could contribute on that end of the business as well.
I also have experience as
Designer, Developer, Marketer, Product manager
I am available
over time (>40h/week)
Things I have done before
I've led ideation and development for a couple cool, successful products at past employers: Talkshop (a community platform for word of mouth and brand advocacy), The Hosties (a Facebook app for sampling CPG products at users' Facebook events, similar to HouseParty).
I've managed or contributed to development on other products for employers: Newsnet (a CMS for a network of community news websites in the Northeast), Social Business Index (a big-data analytics platform for the social presences of Global 2000 brands).
I've built a few nifty side projects on my own: Movabls (a PHP framework / CMS for collaborating on web development based on some unique organizing principles), DraftRelay (an email-based wrapper for Git, which provides basic version control for documents being emailed back and forth), Pinch (a PhoneGap personal finance app for planning out budgets and tracking spending).

I am interested in
I'm basically obsessed with building a startup from scratch, and I have roughly a year to devote to it full-time. I want to work on an idea that has an easy-to-validate product/market fit, and a sales, marketing, and validation cycle that can start right away (parallel with development). We should be able to either bootstrap the business with paying customers quickly, or raise significant funding early on to finance development.
I have previous startup experience
