for someone to help me with my idea for a startup

I have done a great job at developing the ideas all the way from logo, name, feature outline and web and phone design mockup using illustrator.

i have built quite a few online and offline projects for example i built a pouch for headphones offline and online i have built a very good batch of startup domains on my quest for my own ideas. operationcofounder.com is a site that i have displayed all the business names i own.

i am interested in finding a developer that would want to partner up and launch one of my ideas.. i prefer someone in the states but if everything seems right with the developer maybe something can happen from out of country. also would want someone that can show examples of what they have done in past. someone with a passion for what they do. someone that can provide a balance to our cofoundership.
