I'm an entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience as a web designer and developer in UI/UX design, server-side scripting (PHP), client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery, etc.), MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, SEO/SEM, mobile applications, and project management. I used to own an interactive design agency and I'm currently co-founder of a separate web startup.

I'm looking for a hacker who makes my programming skills look amateur. I'm pretty good and very well rounded as a programmer, but I need a badass capable of coding at the highest level. I'm starting a new web startup that I plan on submitting to Y Combinator with, which means I'm looking for a programmer with superior motivation, incredible intellect, and extraordinary capabilities.
