for someone to help me with my idea for a startup

Me and my co-founder both a have a big vision for a game-changing company. We already got started and have something to show but now need a developer to join the team as co-founder.

Built a student entrepreneurship network in Spain in order to inspire students to become entrepreneurs and help them along the way
Organized a speaker & pitching event with some big names (such as Brad Feld)
Won 2 startup competitions

I'm looking for a tech co-founder for my startup. For now we have all we need: office space, legal advice, web development (by a Berlin based agency). We'll have a beta out this summer, but need a Ruby on Rails superstar developer to join our team as co-founder.
