- Working as an independent software consultant as developer and/or technical project-lead for the last 10 years in many different projects
- Worked two years as a technical project manager for different Samwer's startups.
- Founded a startup which developed a search-engine from 1999 to 2001 (10 people, raised 2 million euro)
- Author of some articles about software development for a German magazine
