Responsibility for structuring and executing strategic sales operations. Developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
Lead multiple cross-functional teams to get work done, and drive best practice sharing and continuous learning across the Sales team.
Executive Reporting. Relocated to London and spearheaded the development of operations for the launch of MarketOne EMEA. Grew initial staff from 5 - 80+ IT Sales Analysts. Created, launched and successfully managed strategic sales campaigns for IBM, Siebel, Oracle, and other enterprise software leaders.
