YOU: Talented, devoted, and reliable. Proficiency in agile development and an understanding of lean methodologies. Comfortable working within a Rails environment. You're passionate about music and strive to stay as current with it as you do industry standards. You should be able to clearly articulate your ideas and follow through with them with minimal supervision.
