We do want to know what we are worth. However Companies keep this a secret. Surveys are conducted every now and then, which help. This site will provide answers to questions such as 'What am I worth' by getting input from site visitors. Before the site provides the answer, it requests the user to provide their salary. Users can propose their own questions. A panel will approve the questions. Users will be able to search questions. The first few users will not get very exact answers, but as more users are directed to the site the answers will improve. I suggest we start with a fairly heterogenous market e.g. first world accountants.
