Want to launch an online creative writing community for K-6 students.

I want to develop an online creative writing community for K-6 students. Monetization will be a combination of large corporate sponsors and smaller local businesses and there will be both online and offline events. I have the marketing and community building know-how to do this, and I need technical help to build it.
