Gruupz is a Finnish startup focusing on private photo sharing targeting the global market of 2 billion internet users with a digital camera. We are developing a service for users to privately share their most precious photos with their closest friends and family.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded person who could both code part of the service and participate in making the right technical choices. You have deep understanding and significant experience with back-end technologies (PHP, HTTP, AJAX, REST) as well as front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript). Knowledge of Drupal, Ruby, Python or JQuery, mobile development for iPhone, Android or Windows Phone, or imaging service related experience are also significant advantages for the role. Compensation can be a combination of some salary and ownership in the company.
We are a small passionate and experienced team based in Helsinki. We believe in user driven design, lean startup and want to create a cool company to work in. We are aiming high, but with our feet on the ground.
