Co-working Location - Brisbane, QLD, AU

Inspired by the "coworking" culture I've seen get a lot of traction over in the west coast of the US (among other places), I would like to run an (initially) small Co-Working location in Brisbane, Australia.

I have a number of ideas to attract workers and I'm more than willing to listen to others' suggestions.

I am an Engineer working in the CBD so I'm coming from a need I personally would like to see addressed.

I would really like to hear from anyone interested in funding/developing this idea.
