App Development Startup

I have multiple ideas for apps that range from humor to niche apps. For example,one of the niche apps would be a real-time wait list for restaurants, in which potential patrons can see what the wait-time is to get seated at a restaurant. There are other app ideas I have but I would first just love to meet  you and any ideas you may have to bring to the table. I'm looking for someone who shares a drive for the tech industry and entrepreneurship. Ideally, this person would have previous start-up or funding experience but at the same time, discovering the unknown with someone can be just as exciting. 

If this partnership works well, we could pursue more complex projects that I also have in mind.
